Originally, he was to lead the Earth invasion, but after being framed in some shady deals, he was relieved of his duties from the Keron Army, resulting in Keroro and his platoon taking his place a few years later. He was in great shame, and shortly disappeared.

12 years into the future of the current Keroro setting, the bitch is back. Qudada returns mysteriously with a sudden gain of power, and unfortunately for Keroro (who had retired from the Pekopon invasion a few years back), he wasn't paying no friendly visit. He sent hundreds of thousands of Keron Titans (massive beings that slightly resemble the The Emperor [link]) to take over the world by brute force rather then any basic strategy. Our militaries fell. The invasion, was successful. All humans (and aliens) on earth were forced to evacuate into several thousand space colonies.

Qudada built a fortress in place of the Hinata household, since it still contained Keroro's old base. Earth was re-populated with Keronians (none which were allied with the official Keron Forces.)

In other words, Qudada fucking owned everyone.

The original Keroro Platoon assembled a resistance out of rebel Keronians and Humans alike, their goal to reclaim earth and take Qudada out of power. The only thing standing in their way are thousands of Titans and sinister Keronian soldiers. (Hey... no one said it was gonna be easy :<
